DOES MY MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?
Yes. We will let you know 30 days before the annual renewal date.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can pay annually or monthly.
I WANT TO DO A VIRTUAL SESSION. CAN I USE MY PT SESSION CREDITS THERE?
Yes, your membership covers both in-person and virtual training sessions.
I DIDN’T USE ALL OF MY BENEFITS THIS MONTH. DO THEY ROLL OVER INTO THE NEXT MONTH?
No, credits do not roll over, as all benefits reset monthly.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can freeze your membership twice per year, for a maximum of 6 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A SERIOUS INJURY OR ILLNESS AND CAN NOT TRAIN?
In the case of a serious illness or injury, please get in touch with us at info@vanguardperformance.ca so we can discuss your individual needs and see how our team can help with your recovery.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Membership is an annual commitment. Requests to cancel the annual renewal should be sent to info@vanguardperformance.ca
DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP TO WORK OUT?
No, you did not need to be a member to train. We offer pay-as-you-go training and semi-private training sessions. Please contact us for more info.
