Here at VG, we provide a personalized fitness experience tailored for you.
Session Breakdown:
60 minutes for training, with additional time for recovery services.
Warm-Up (10 minutes)
- Review client’s goals, progress, and any concerns. Measurements, photos, weight etc (if applicable)
- Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare for the workout.
Main Workout (40 minutes)
- Strength Training Customized exercises targeting specific muscle groups with a focus on form and technique.
- Cardiovascular Training: HIIT or steady-state cardio based on fitness level and goals.
- Functional Training: Exercises to improve daily movement patterns.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Stretching and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and prevent injuries.
Cool Down & Stretching (5 minutes)
Guided stretching and breathing exercises to promote relaxation and recovery.
Post-Session Review (5 minutes)
Feedback on performance and progress.
- Plan for the next session and additional exercises if needed.
Post-Workout Recovery Services: (15-45 minutes)
Cold Plunge: Reduces muscle inflammation and enhances circulation (5-10 minutes).
Infrared Sauna: Promotes muscle relaxation and detoxification (20-30 minutes).

Garrett has been coaching for 12 years and has nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is passionate about working with driven individuals committed to evolving their fitness and achieving measurable results. Garrett specializes in body recomposition (weight loss and muscle gain) and works exclusively with clients who have specific fitness goals, such as bodybuilding, fitness competitions, distance running, triathlons, powerlifting, or strength and conditioning.

Maria specializes in pain management and injury prevention, offering expertise in both prehabilitation and rehabilitation. She is passionate about movement coaching, focusing on neuromuscular stimulation and retraining proprioception to optimize functional movement. At 44 years old, Maria has a keen interest in regenerative medicine and biohacking, particularly in the application of peptides and bioregulators for healing and anti-aging. Additionally, she is experienced in training individuals who are on GLP-1 agonist therapies and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), providing specialized programs to support their unique health and wellness needs.
